Welcome to the Women in Transition (WiT) Workshops created by Cindy Scheer & Tina Shattuck. Workshops developed by mothers for mothers. These workshops are part of the Working Mothers Revolution, a partner program to the non-profit Women Hold The Key,  designed to support mothers through life's many transitions.

We understand the challenges of being a mother and an empty nester because we've experienced them firsthand. As two mothers who struggled to balance our careers and family lives, we know the constant guilt and longing for the fulfillment and creativity we once had. We felt stuck, needing more confidence and guidance on taking those first steps back to our careers and new life phases. Then, we discovered what we needed: Clarity, Connection, and Courage. Having a clear direction, reconnecting with our authentic selves, building a supportive community, and overcoming our personal barriers are the keys to cultivating courage and maintaining motivation. We also understand the power of vulnerability and acceptance, which allow mothers to dig deep, explore passions, and take the next steps.

With a combined experience of over 40 years in research, executive coaching, and personal growth, our goal is to provide workshops that speak directly to mothers' needs. Our mission is to support mothers through life's transitions, helping them navigate the complexities of their roles and find empowerment in all aspects of their lives. Over the past 20 years, we have tested and refined our programs to ensure that it delivers actual results. We are grateful to every mother who has believed in us and allowed us to be a part of their self-discovery journey.

With Gratitude,

Cindy & Tina
