FAQ

Is this workshop for groups or individuals?
You can choose to participate in the Mothers Expedition Workshop alone or in a group. If you choose to do it in a group, gather two or three friends interested in participating. We highly recommend a group format as it creates accountability, support, and community. We call these Group Spark. Women in the group can have children of different ages. However, we suggest (but it's not necessary) that women with children who are about to or have graduated from high school group up with women who are also empty nesters.

Do I do all the sessions one sitting?
We encourage you to do the workshop at your own pace and timing. However, we recommend that you space the sessions approximately one week apart to allow you time to process what you have learned and discovered.

Who is Moms Expedition Workshop for?
We designed Moms Expedition Workshop for moms with children from newborn to 16 years old in mind. These are women looking to shape their future, women looking to return to work, and women who would like to learn some tools to help them add balance to their new role as mothers.

Within the groups, should participants have children of the same age?
Women in the group can have children of different ages. However, we suggest (but it is not necessary) that women with children who are about to or have graduated from high school group up with women who are also empty nesters.

How do the groups work?
We suggest the group meet after everyone has individually finished each session. Give yourselves approximately one week between each meetup, allowing time for you to individually process your discoveries. It helps to set a consistent schedule for Group Spark; for example, every Monday at 2pm.
